Dr Wade was the first time she experienced pain for the toe nail treatment. I thought Dr Wades attitude did not compare with Dr Birau’s. We were told that someone would come to the room to take a photo and after 15 minutes I took the photo with my phone and when we stepped into the hall a girl was coming to take the picture. Told her we had already done that. We will continue with Dr BIRAU in the future!

He is the very best,he is friendly & outgong. He will be my doctor from now on. He explains everything, very thorough. My daughter is changing also to go to him when needed. I will be referring him to friends also.

Dr. Wade is the best. He is very caring. He educate you on everything. He explains all options available for you before instead of pushing you into the operating room. Awesome!!!!!!

The front desk staff were not friendly during my interaction, which left me feeling unwelcome.
Despite repeated attempts, my phone calls went unanswered, making it difficult to communicate with your office.
I had to wait over 25 minutes in person to cancel an upcoming appointment.
I was later charged a $25 no-show fee.

The office staff seamed OK. The Dr came in introduced himself asked why I was there. I proceeded to explain the feeling I was having in my right foot. He sat down and said he never had heard of what I was describing. I told him about my type II diabetes. My current A1C. That I had tried electro stimulation for the numbing but no luck. He never looked at my feet. If he had he would have seen that one of my nails had blood under it. Once I saw his posture and lack of personal interaction, I blew it off. He did prescribe a vitamin mix for my numbness. I am not a doctor, but vitamins aren't going to fix the numbness in my feet. The vitamins would cost me $139. Not worth it to me. I do believe I will seek another Dr who actually looks at my feet.

Staff has a genuine concern for their patients. Follow up calls after surgery was a welcomed surprise. The best medical care available and Dr. Birau is the best. Highly recommend him and his surgical team.

Dr. Birau treats several members of my family. Very personable and caring. Spends time explaining things. We love Dr. Birau!
