My visits to Dr. ARRINGTON have been so helpful. I needed a Doctor who cared and took his time to explain and help me. When I came I had a problem with toe nails. He preformed a treatment on both big toes and now they are fine. The last podiatrist gave up on them. I am so grateful for his wisdom and knowledge along with a heart for his patients. His office staff are extremely helpful and kind. I thank God for this doctor and office! They do answer the phone which is a problem with Dr. Office now days! Thank you Dr.Arrington and staff!

I was pleased with finally getting an answer on whats wrong with my foot and my appointment was on time. The doctor was direct & straight to the point about my diagnosis & treatment options. My biggest issue is about when I scheduled my appointment the lady shouldve told me there was a $75 copay & $25 fee to fill out my LOA paperwork which weren't covered by insurance (I have 2 plans). Sitting in the lobby I know this company ambushes people with those extra costs because another man came in just as upset/frustrated with the lack of transparency when they told him he owed $109 before being seen so he left because he didn't have it. Have never heard of an office charging to fill out paperwork, that should be included with the service/consultation/co pay cost , it just seems greedy to me. Plus, if you have to pay that extra fee then your paperwork needs to be filled out immediately. Luckily they did mines within 24 hours but they say it can take up to 5 business days.

I could not have asked for a more pleasant, relaxing visit. Staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
Dr Arrington was the same as his staff, outgoing friendly and knowledgeable he has a way of making you feel comfortable. I did not feel rushed and all questions were answered.

My experience with all the Doctors has been exceptional. what is great about Texas Foot and Ankle is all the Doctors work together.
My experience is beyond exceptional with Dr. Stephens. I have been through a lot with my foot and all the Doctors have been great. Dr. Stephens is the one that made me believe enough in his skills and his staff to make me go ahead and quit smoking and put my trust in him. Well worth it; I still have my leg. Thank You with all that I am to all of you at Texas Foot and Ankle and that certainly includes staff. Without staff I don't think they could be as efficient.

This place was great. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I went in for a ingrown toe nail. They numbed my toe up and removed it with ease. Thank you guys very much
